Good. That's the point. The sprint identifies risks and gives you a prioritized plan to address them. If something needs immediate attention, we'll flag it during the engagement, not wait until final delivery.
How much of our team's time does this require?
About 4-5 hours total: 90-minute kickoff, a few async check-ins, and a 60-minute delivery session. I do the heavy lifting; you provide access and context.
What access do you need?
Documentation of your AI deployments (whatever exists), the ability to interview key stakeholders, and read-only access to relevant systems as needed. We'll scope this specifically on the kickoff call.
